He’s in Los Angeles at the Latin Grammys. He’s now won two in one year; a regular Grammy some months ago and a Latin Grammy just a few minutes ago. I’m typing this in as I’m clarifying the news. Actually they’re sitting in the auditorium right now in LA and he just won so he had his wife dial his cell – he was freaked out. San Antonio boy makes good.
I don’t know how many of you know him, but it couldn’t have happened to a person who would appreciate it more. He and Evan are good buddies. His original band “Vida” had been on our record label for more than a decade but a couple of members were just hellbent to move into the country market. Sunny parted ways and re-enlisted with us as a solo artist for another tour of duty. I’d been expecting that switch for a while and it’s working good so far. It’s going to take some doing but I know we can break Sunny out as a solo artist. We worked very hard behind the scenes to make this grammy winning project happen. And to round up the votes to help it win.
So after congratulations we hang up and the last thing he asked was if a two time Grammy winner still has to take his own car and eat happy meals when he’s out promoting his new record to radio stations next week.
Answer: yes.

These are the best we’ve got since Jonah is in a phase where he tends to
cover his face and say “Cheese!” whenever he sees a camera. Grace
caught him off guard here though.
Industrial United Kingdom photo collection. Mostly black and white, many at night. OR… just make a snowflake.
Microsoft and Google are going to duke it out over the next couple of years. Here’s more. Here’s past mentions of Google.
Sadly, our little town stopped recycling glass. But, fortunately, a co-worker is going to build a shed out of glass bottles and we’re saving glass for her project. I was doing some research and found this treasure:
Bottle Village. Ol’ Grandma Prisbrey is great! You have to check out the video. She tells how she started her village to house her pencil collection. The little house she built wasn’t big enough, so she built another one…

“Anyone can do anything with a million
dollars—look at Disney. But it takes more
than money to make something out of
nothing, and look at the fun I have doing it.”
—Tressa “Grandma” Prisbrey
In the video she sings a song. This is real entertainment, folks. I’m inspired by this woman. I don’t plan to build a Bottle Village, but I do have an ugly chain link fence that is begging to be replaced by a glass bottle and cement wall.
