Stevenson around the time Cassell did, I'm sure Cassell knows him. He's been hot stuff in Americana music production for a while but he's getting even more well known. An amazing player. He was one of the nominees this year for Americana Musician of the Year and only lost to Buddy Miller (who will have all the votes forever until they stop doing it). He has a house somewhere near San Marcos, not far from us, where he records. He produced those first big hit Lucinda Williams CDs. He did the Slaid Cleaves records that are such a big part of Taylors musical thing. He's done a bunch of other good stuff. This year he wrote and recorded his own thing and it's been very successful. He's kind of an inspiration because he was an atrocious singer just a couple of years ago but he's gotten to be surprisingly good now. :) Gurf played with B.W.
