I brought the CD to my art class to see if I could get any takers to call in a request to KSIL. My instructor loved “Lonely Kind” so she readily agreed to call and told them she was a teacher at WNMU and would they please play it during her class. They played it right away.
I just did a search through the playlist archives. They’ve played “Lonely Kind” several times, and “Poison Bed” as well.

That’s great, Renee. You snuck a little San Antonio flavor into the local radio supply. those requests will get more plays and maybe it’ll take off.
Did you say that the station doesn’t come in strong or something at your house? You’ll have to get some rabbit ears for your radio so you can hear your handiwork. Songs sound better on the radio.

Renee,
Thank you so much for helping us out! I know it was not easy. I can’t wait to get out to Silver City and play!
