The Hubble telescope project is a fantastic accomplishment. It’s the far and away the most important thing the space program has done. Much bigger than landing on the moon. Some say it’s the single most scientifically productive tool ever built. It happened in our era, we should be proud of it. I think a lot of what NASA does is a waste of time and money but the Hubble is genius.
