…..too late.
this was a couple of days ago right above the damn on the Guadalupe River in the Kerrville city park. Because it’s damned the level in this spot hasn’t really dropped, it’s one of the last really good swimming holes left by the drought of 2011. Almost all the other creeks and rivers up there are as dry as a bone.
