….good to know, that’s cheat day for us!
We’re really hoping to get some family and friends to come out because they’re going to be deciding if they’re going to hire us again.
If we’re ever going to get any better we have to have a regular four hour gig somewhere where we can play all our songs and not just the same four or five over and over.

Cheat Day? You have one, too? Hubby and I are on the Four Hour Body, Diet and it works! LOL is theren a chance that y’all are using the same diet? We found out about it from our daughter and her hubby, in Maryland.

Yes! Tim Ferriss’ Four Hour Body has become a way of life for us. I have lost 35 lbs which I had carried at least 10 years. Feels so good!

Congratulations! and yes, the pic of you singing on stage that’s pretty new here, I could tell you’ve lost a lot of weight.
I have lost 13? pounds on it in two or three months, didn’t mark calendar for when I started, well-after hubby, and our kids. It really is easy and a way of life, and beans are survival food, and super-healthy. Hubby’s in the kitchen as I type, having just finished separating four types of beans, to start soaking them.
I already can tell the difference in my legs and knees…as you said, it FEELS good! I can be on my legs more hours of the day, and I did abuse my bod by weighing 200 in jr. high, and then 300 at Judson, sigh.
I’m making today cheat day since we’re a military family and I want Cornbread, though I won’t have the new pot of beans ready, tonight. I get my Green, Superfood, Oddwalla juice today, yeehaw.

PS…I lost this slowly since I am not 100 percent on the thing, and yet have proven one can lose, just slower, with my three cups of milk, per day, the first being in my giant, teacup to start my day.
I also, when truly tired and errands to run have cheated other, little bits, and still, at those times have maintained the same weight for a whole week, but then I go right back to strictly,eating beans for two meals per day, my canned salmon that I cook well, etc.
