My Surgery Schedule from Laura Smith

Hello everyone……
I finally have my surgery for bladder cancer scheduled. It will be Dec. 9 at Methodist Hosp. as an outpatient. Dr. Lerner, my Dr. said I most likely will be going home the same day. He also said there is a possibility he will keep me in overnight. My heart Dr. said r. Lerner has made many major innovations to this kind of surgery that has made life much more comfortable and livable for those who have to have this kind of surgery and that he goes around holding seminars to teach other Dr.s how to do them, Dr. Lerner is a Dr. at Baylor Clinic, as is my heart specialist. I like them VERY much! I go in

Big Bob’s tonight

Jimmie and I host a music thang at Big Bob’s on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month. It’s the third season of the surrealistic reality show, The Thursday Night Music Club. We’ll be out there tonight playing starting at 7:00. It wraps up right a 10:00 because Bob gets sleepy and has to lock the door and go home. It’s 447 Hildebrand, on the other side of the tracks from the northwest corner of San Pedro and Hildebrand.
It’s cold so we’ll be inside. Find a way out there, you’ll have fun.
